- Motorcycle Delivery Service works with several motorcycle shipping companies who have fairly dynamic schedules. After booking, please contact the actual shipper and/or broker of your motorcycle for pick up and delivery information. Motorcycle Delivery Service does not track motorcycle shipments after booking.
- Motorcycle Delivery Service does not collect deposits, shipping fees or any other form of payment. If you have a payment dispute you need to contact the shipper and/or the broker.
- Motorcycle Delivery Service does not any insurance coverage for your motorcycle shipment. If you have a insurance dispute you need to contact the shipper and/or the broker.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Motorcycle Delivery Service's web site and/or service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
